I. Install True Image TC80 Printer Driver on Computer

1. Windows System (USB Connection) [Driver Download]

(1) Press and hold the printer power button for 2 seconds to turn on the TC80 device;

(2) Use a USB data cable to connect the printer to the computer;

(3) Download the driver file TC80_A4-Windows-Driver-Latest_Ver1.2.4.2.exe and double-click the file to run the installer;

(4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click "Install" and "Next" in sequence until the process is complete, then click "Finish";

(5) Verify the connection status:

  • Windows 10: Go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & Scanners";
  • Windows 11: Go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth & Devices" > "Printers & Scanners";

(4) Open "System Preferences", select "Printers & Scanners", and if "C80" appears in the list, it means the printer has been successfully installed;

(5) Open the document to be printed, select "True Image TC80" in the printer options, and then you can start printing.

3. ChromeOS system (USB connection) 

ChromeOS devices (such as Chromebooks) do not need to download additional drivers. Just install the corresponding extension to use:

(1) Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to start the TC80 and connect the printer to the Chromebook with a USB data cable;

(2) Install the "FlashLabel" extension:

  • Open the Google Chrome browser, click the three-dot menu in the upper right corner, go to "Extensions", and select "Visit Chrome Web Store";
  • Search for "FlashLabel" and add it. Click the extension icon, select "Add", then select "C80 FlashLabel Printer", and click "Connect";

(3)Start printing: Open a PDF, Google Docs, or Sheets file in Chrome, select "FlashLabel" as the printer, adjust the settings as needed, and click "Print".

4. Linux System (USB Connection) [Driver Download]

(1) Turn off the printer and connect it to the computer with a USB cable;

(2) Connect the power adapter (one end to the printer, the other end to the power outlet), then turn on the TC80 printer;

(3) Download the driver file TC80_A4_Linux_Driver_Ver1.2.1 and run the installer through the terminal;

(4) In the installation interface, click "Open Terminal", select "Device", select "C80 Printer" and click "Forward";

(5) Select "Select Printer from Database", find and select "YXWL", and click "Forward";

(6) Select "C80", click "Forward", enter the custom printer name, and click "Apply";
