  • Shipping Origins: Orders to the UK are shipped from our UK warehouse. Orders to Norway and the EU are shipped from our Netherlands warehouse.

Detailed Shipping Services

I. United Kingdom

1. Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery

  • Cost: Free on orders over GBP £30. A £3.95 shipping fee applies to orders under GBP £30.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 15:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 15:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

2. DPD Express Delivery (Upgraded Service)

  • Cost: GBP £4.95
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched the same day for guaranteed fast delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

II. Norway & European Union Countries

DHL Standard Delivery

  • Cost: Free on orders over GBP £150. A GBP £7.50 shipping fee applies to orders under £150.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: 0-1 working days.
  • Estimated Transit Time:
    • UK: 0-2 working days after dispatch.
    • Norway & EU: 2-6 working days after dispatch.

Please Note:

  • Most UK orders arrive within 0-3 working days, while most orders to Norway and the EU arrive within 2-7 working days after dispatch.
  • Actual delivery times can be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, customs checks, or emergencies.
  • If you have not received your order, please allow an additional 3 days beyond the estimated timeframe before contacting us.

We do not dispatch or deliver on UK bank holidays. Please take this into account when placing your order.

  • UK Highlands and Islands

We deliver to these locations; however, deliveries may take an additional 2-3 working days and may incur extra shipping charges.
