Welcome to www.trueimagetech.co.uk. Any purchase agreement entered into through our website will be with True Image, whereby you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to abide by them. Therefore, please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing an order. You further agree to abide by any guidelines or rules posted on the site in connection with any product or service offered.
1. Cancellation and Variation:
Unless agreed by our store, any cancellation, suspension or change of the order you apply for will be invalid, and the terms of such agreement can only compensate the store for any losses, costs, damages, fees and expenses incurred thereby.
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the goods. However, if for any reason you decide you no longer need an item you purchased from us, we allow you to return it within 12 months of purchase for a full refund. These items need to be sent back in salable condition, including all accessories and original packaging. Additionally, items must be unopened and undamaged. 2. Delivery
We will endeavor to meet any delivery times stated in the quotation or order confirmation. We have a distribution warehouse in the UK. A wide variety of toner cartridges and ink cartridges are stored there. So, as soon as you place an order, we can ship it immediately.

3. Return & Exchange:
Customers cannot return items unless a customer return number is displayed. We will not accept returns that do not clearly display this number.
If your goods are damaged in transit or a fault is discovered, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us as soon as possible upon receipt. Return arrangements will be agreed and replacement items sent. Please contact us before returning any items as this will enable us to resolve any issues quickly.
Please do not return defective products to us without contacting us first. If you have a defective item that needs to be returned, we will send a return label so you can return the item to us free of charge.

4. Payments:
You can complete payment using any of the following methods:
Credit/Debit Cards - We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JBC, Diners Club and Elo, as well as most debit cards bearing the Visa (including Electron) or Mastercard (including Maestro) logo.
PayPal - You can select the PayPal service from the checkout page.
Others: Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay.
5. Product Standards:
We never compromise on the quality of our products since we recognize how essential quality and value are to our consumers. All of our items are built to the highest standards and sourced exclusively from rigorous manufacturers, many of whom hold ISO 9000/9001/9002 quality and ISO 14001 environmental certifications. True Image ink and toner are of equal quality and longevity to those OEM ones. Our compatible cartridges are print tested before they leave our factory. All printer supplies you purchase are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
6. Images
We do not guarantee that the pictures are exactly the same as the actual products. Products may be affected by natural factors such as light and temperature during the shooting process.
7. Laws
These terms and conditions and the rights and obligations of the parties to the Contract shall be governed and construed exclusively in accordance with the Laws of England.
8. Accuracy
True Image attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, True Image shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
9. User Content
When you submit "User Content" to us, whether via email, feedback, or posting on the website, you agree to give us rights to use and control that content as detailed below.
"User Content" means any information, messages, suggestions, questions, comments, postings, advertisements, ratings, ideas, techniques, notes, know-how, drawings, concepts, designs, audio visual material, photographs and pictures (including pictures of the user and other representations of the user’s name and likeness), digital images, embedded images and other items or property depicted in the submitted images, or other content in any form submitted by a reader, customer or subscriber.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully assignable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, reformat, create derivative works from, distribute and display content throughout the world for any purpose and in any media (including for advertising or other commercial use). You grant us the non-exclusive right to seek to enjoin and/or obtain damages from any third party from the unauthorized use or reproduction of your content. If we publish your content or authorize or license others to do so, your content may be edited for length or clarity or for any other reason either before or after it is published. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content for any reason from True Image.
You hereby disclaim any right to any compensation from True Image in connection with True Image's exercise of its license rights in and to the User Content you have submitted to True Image. You acknowledge and agree that True Image is under no obligation of confidence to you, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any User Content.
10. VAT Tax
The prices can be viewed on the website exc VAT. VAT will be charged on applicable items when completing a purchase.
11. Updates
True Image reserves the right to change its terms and conditions in any respect at any time. True Image reserves the right to waive any of these terms and conditions without affecting future enforceability of that or any other term or condition.
